The Supervisory Board of the Agency consists of the Deputy Ministers of Finance, Labor and Social Protection of the Population and Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the representative of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy, the Deputy Chairman of the State Agency for Service to Citizens and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan. consists of the president.
