Toyota Automobile brand

Toyota is the largest Japanese car manufacturer.

The history of the company begins with the fact that the Toyoda Automatic Loom Works, which was engaged in the creation of machines for the textile industry, in 1935 created its own automotive division. The new company was headed by Kiichiro Toyoda. It was he who decided to engage in the production of cars using American technology. In 1936, the first Model AA car was designed. In 1967, the company expanded its capacity significantly with the addition of Daihatsu Motor. In 1988, a new brand of Toyota Motor cars was developed - Lexus, which began producing prestigious cars for the American market. This brand was presented to the public at an exhibition in Los Angeles.
