Group tour 40 passengers Itinerary

Upon arrival at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, guests will be warmly welcomed by our professional representative and assisted with their luggage before proceeding to the private vehicle.

Guests will then be transferred comfortably to their hotel in Baku. Upon arrival, assistance with hotel check-in and room allocation will be provided, allowing guests some time to settle in and freshen up.

In the afternoon/evening, the group will begin a 3–4 hour panoramic Baku city tour, offering a first introduction to the capital of Azerbaijan and its combination of historical landmarks, modern architecture and Caspian Sea views.

The tour will include a visit to the Alley of Martyrs, a significant memorial site offering beautiful panoramic views over Baku. Guests will then continue to the Highland Observation Park, one of the best viewpoints in the city, where they can enjoy impressive views of Baku Bay, the Caspian Sea and the city's skyline.

The sightseeing will continue with views of the iconic Flame Towers, one of the most recognizable symbols of modern Baku, followed by Crystal Hall and the scenic Baku Boulevard, stretching along the Caspian Sea.

Guests will have opportunities for photo stops and panoramic sightseeing along the route before returning to the hotel.

DAY2 FULL-DAY BAKU CITY TOUR – HISTORY, CULTURE & MODERN BAKU

After breakfast at the hotel, guests will depart for a full-day Baku city tour, scheduled approximately from 10:00 AM to 19:00 PM.

The day will begin with a visit to Icherisheher (Old City), the historic heart of Baku and one of the city's most important cultural areas. Guests will walk through the narrow historic streets and discover the atmosphere of the ancient walled city.

The program will include the Maiden Tower, one of Baku's most famous historical landmarks, followed by a visit to the magnificent Palace of the Shirvanshahs, an important architectural monument reflecting the history of medieval Baku.

The tour will then continue toward the Baku Boulevard and Caspian Seaside, where guests can enjoy a pleasant walk along the waterfront and admire the combination of modern architecture and the Caspian Sea.

The sightseeing program will also include Little Venice, a picturesque recreational area featuring canals, small bridges and gondola-style boats, providing an enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere for photographs.

Guests will then continue toward the city centre and Fountain Square, one of the most popular gathering points in central Baku. The tour will proceed along Nizami Street, one of the city's main pedestrian and shopping streets, known for its architecture, cafés, restaurants, shops and lively atmosphere.

Additional panoramic and photo stops may be made throughout the day depending on traffic, local conditions and available time.

After completing the full-day sightseeing program, guests will return to the hotel.

DAY3 FULL-DAY GABALA TOUR – NATURE, MOUNTAINS & TUFANDAG

After breakfast, guests will depart Baku at approximately 09:00 AM for a full-day excursion to the beautiful Gabala region, one of Azerbaijan's most popular destinations for nature, mountains and outdoor experiences.

The journey will take guests away from the capital and into the scenic landscapes of Azerbaijan, with views of forests, mountains and countryside along the route.

Upon arrival in the Gabala region, the program will include a visit to Nohur Lake, a peaceful and picturesque natural attraction surrounded by forested mountains. Guests will have time to enjoy the scenery, take photographs and experience the tranquil atmosphere of the area.

The tour will continue toward Gabala city and its surrounding natural landscapes, offering guests an opportunity to experience one of the country's most scenic regions.

The highlight of the day will be a visit to Tufandag Mountain Resort, a popular mountain destination offering spectacular panoramic views. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the cable car experience, subject to weather and operational conditions, and admire the surrounding Caucasus mountain landscapes from above.

Free time will be provided at the resort for guests to enjoy the mountain environment, take photographs and explore the available seasonal activities.

The program will also include time to experience the forests, natural surroundings and mountain scenery of the Gabala region before beginning the return journey to Baku.

The group is expected to return to Baku at approximately 20:00 PM, depending on traffic and the duration of sightseeing.

DAY4 FREE DAY – RELAXATION & PERSONAL TIME

After breakfast, guests will have a completely free day in Baku with no scheduled transportation and no guided tours.

This day is intentionally left open so guests can relax at the hotel, enjoy the hotel's facilities, spend time at their own pace or explore the city independently.

Guests may use the day for personal shopping, leisure, relaxation or additional activities according to their individual preferences.

No transportation or guided sightseeing will be included on this day, allowing guests to enjoy a more flexible and comfortable experience after the previous days of sightseeing.

DAY5 DEPARTURE FROM BAKU

After breakfast, guests will check out from the hotel according to the agreed departure schedule.

Following check-out, the group will be transferred by private transportation to Heydar Aliyev International Airport.

Professional assistance will be provided during the departure transfer to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey to the airport.

Upon arrival at the airport, guests will proceed with their check-in and departure formalities.
