City Walls Hotel is located in the oldest part of Baku, within the historical 12th-century walls of the Old City.
The hotel is excellent, located in the Fortress (Old Town). To the metro, it takes 5-7 minutes walk, and through an underground passage with escalators 10 min. to the Seaside Boulevard. Probably many have already written that 15 meters from the hotel are "pharmacy", where A. Mironov slipped and fell. Now there is a restaurant "Diamond Arm" with mannequins of the heroes of that scene. At 10-15 minutes' walk, there is "Palace of the Shirvanshahs". Baku Central Station is a 5-minute drive away, and a shuttle service is available from/to Baku Airport.
The rooms of City Walls Hotel are excellent, the windows overlook the old fortress courtyard. It offers free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms.
