The hotel is very close to the main attractions. But for those who do not like to walking (along the beautiful Baku embankment), of course, it is better to go by bus, for this you need to go down the lanes almost to the embankment, to a wide highway, walk through the underground passage to the opposite side, and take 6 bus, it will take you to Old Baku and other attractions. And to the center of Heydar Aliyev, you can take bus 5. These buses return back along a parallel street, which is closer to the hotel. There are small cafes and shops within a walking distance. Also, bus 125 stops right next to it, and you can go to Shikhovo beach, which is 15 minutes away.

The hotel itself is located in a small building with a cozy patio. The breakfasts are decent.  The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the Wi-Fi is provided.  The East Legend features classic, air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen satellite TV, minibar, and room service. Each has a balcony and free Wi-Fi internet.

The grand and spacious Sea View Panorama Restaurant serves a buffet breakfast each morning. Typical Azerbaijani cuisine can be enjoyed here by candlelight. After a swim in the pool guests can enjoy drinks at the poolside bar and snacks in the traditional pub. Massage sessions can be booked.

Old City Metro Station is 2.2 km from the Panorama, offering connections across Baku. The Philharmonic Hall and Azerbaijan State Museum of Art are within a 6-minute drive.
